Summer Sports Performance Training
At The Adirondack Club
Our clinics will focus on shooting, driving, ball handling, and footwork. Time will be spent going through the fundamentals and learning how to move athletically. Then your athlete's skills will be put to the test with competitive drills and live games.

No training 7/4 and 7/5
All training sessions are 60 minutes long

10:00-11:00am, 5:00-6:00pm

7:30-8:30am, 10:00-11:00am, 5:30-6:30pm
Wednesday:
10:00-11:00am, 5:00-6:00pm
Thursday:

We will do our best to make up any missed sessions during the summer program
Cost:
Members $315| Non-Members $395
(Thursday and Friday are 8 weeks- Pro-rated at check out.)
Add a 3rd/4th day for $142 each ($177 non-members) a 10% discount *

Get ready for your Fall season with our sports performance team. This program will include speed and agility, power, and strength training. If you have a program sent home for your school come do it with us under the supervision of our expert coaches.
