Triathlon Training Program

We are now enrolling in our 2024 Triathlon training program. This 16-week training program is for those who are interested in completing their first triathlon or maybe have done a few and don’t want to “wing it” again. Training for the Whalen City and Sharon Triathlons starts in April.

Program Includes:

  • Your exact program for running, biking, and swimming is delivered via the TrainingPeaks app so you don't have to think about what mileage or event to train for each week.

  • Strength training programming via the ADK training app so you can stay strong and injury-free during your race training.

  • Weekly check-ins with Coach Keith to make sure you are staying on track with your race plan

Program Price:

$456 for members ($570 for non-members).

See below for other local events and the start weeks for training. Have a different race you are signing up for let coach Keith know and he can set up your program specifically to the event.

*Participants will need to register and pay for their race separately. Race costs vary based on the event.

Whaling City triathlon on Sunday, July 21 in New Bedford:

-16-week program for the sprint distance (1/4 mile swim, 11.4 mile bike , 3.1 mile run).

Training begins the week of 4/1/24

The Sharon Triathlon Sunday, August 11 in Sharon:

-16-week program for the sprint distance ( 1/2-mile swim, 12.3 mile bike , 4.4 mile run )

Training begins the week of 4/15/24

The Cranberry Tri-fest Sunday, August 25 in Lakeville:

-16-week program for the sprint distance ( 1/4 mile swim, 21 mile bike , 3.1 mile run ) Training begins the week of 5/6

-16-week program for the Sprint distance ( 1/4 mile swim, 21 mile bike , 3.1 mile run ) and Olympic distance ( .9 mile swim, 26.2 mile bike, 6.2 mile run ).

The Harvest Triathlon Sunday, June 9 in Wareham:

-16-week program for the Sprint distance ( 1/3 mile swim, 11.5 mile bike , 3.5 mile run ) Olympic distance ( .9 mile swim, 19.5 mile bike, 6.2 mile run ).

Training begins the week of 2/19/24
